Ghana Chinese Business Chamber of Commerce supports Ga East Municipal Hospital

The Ghana Chinese Business Chamber of Commerce (CECCG) as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) continued to support Ga East Municipal Hospital.
It was also about supporting the renovation company and thanking staff members for their immense contribution to the fight against COVID-19 over the past year.

Ga East Municipal Assembly medical superintendent Dr Ebenezer Oduro-Mensah commended CECCG for their kind gesture and pledged that the donated funds would be put to good use.
The Ghana Chinese Enterprise Chamber of Commerce (CECCG) was founded on February 27, 2007 in Accra, Ghana. It is dedicated to serving Chinese companies in Ghana as a non-profit social organization.
At present, the Chamber of Commerce has more than 70 member companies, mainly large public enterprises, local public enterprises and private enterprises, covering trade, contract engineering, fisheries, services, communications , manufacturing, medicine and other fields.
Since its establishment, the Chamber of Commerce has closely followed the development and cooperation between China and Africa. Chamber has guided Chinese enterprises to defend the highest good and self-interest, to implement the principle of “sincerity, real results, affinity and good faith” towards Africa. He also encouraged and ensured that members adhere to good faith, obey the law, standardize business operations, etc.
The Chamber not only provides members with a broad platform for communication and exchange, but also shares much-needed information detailing business opportunities while fostering interaction between Chinese and Ghanaian business communities with the aim of strengthening the cooperation between China and Ghana in many fields, including economy, trade, tourism, socio-cultural, science and technology.
According to statistics for the first half of 2020, nearly 60 construction projects are being undertaken by various members of the Chamber of Commerce, creating more than 15,000 jobs in Ghana, which has greatly promoted local employment and economic development in Ghana.
