Dimensional Fund Advisor offers investment solutions of different asset classes to institutional and individual investors, investment consultants and financial advisers. With a workforce of over 1,400, Dimensional Fund Advisor has 13 offices in several countries, including the United States.

Dimensional Fund Advisor invests in domestic and foreign stocks, fixed income securities, retirement income funds, real estate and commodities markets. As of September 30, 2021, it had nearly $ 653 billion in assets under management. Over the past three decades, the company has provided investment management strategies to its clients. Founded 40 years ago, this family of funds is headquartered in Austin, Texas.

Below we share with you three top ranked Dimensional Fund Advisor mutual funds namely, DFA US Targeted Value Portfolio Category R1 DFTVX, DFA Global Allocation 25/75 Class R2 Portfolio DFGPX and DFA US Social Core Equity 2 Portfolio DFUEX. DFA US Targeted Value Portfolio Category R1 The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests in a diverse range of readily tradable securities of small and mid-capitalization US companies that its advisor identifies as high yielding stocks.

The DFA R1 US Focused Value Portfolio class has three-year annualized returns of 13.1%. Jed S. Fogdall has been one of DFTVX’s fund managers since 2012.

DFA Global Allocation 25/75 Class R2 Portfolio aims to provide long-term capital appreciation. The Tax Managed Value Portfolio achieves its objective by investing a significant portion of its assets in the US Tax Managed Value Series of DFA Investment Trust Company. DFGPX invests the majority of its assets in securities of US companies.

The DFA Global Allocation 25/75 R2 Portfolio Class has three-year annualized returns of 6.3%. DFGPX has an expense ratio of 0.49% compared to the category average of 0.64%.

DFA US Social Core Equity 2 Portfolio The fund aims for long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests the majority of its net assets in a large and diversified group of securities of US companies based on its social issue filters. Fund managers have focused on small cap, value, high profitability companies.

The DFA US Social Core Equity 2 Portfolio has three-year annualized returns of 18.1%. At the end of October 2021, DFUEX held 2,323 issues, with 5.18% of its assets invested in Microsoft Corp.
